SARA-V3 Workshop

Intimate partner violence is one of the most common forms of violence and is potentially lethal. In light of the pervasive and serious nature of this problem, it is critical that professionals engage in best practices when assessing and managing risk for intimate partner violence to prevent future tragedies. During this workshop you will learn about the nature of intimate partner violence, general principles of violence risk assessment and management, and how to administer the Spousal Assault Risk Assessment Guide, Version 3 (SARA-V3). Participants will be given an opportunity build their skills in this area through practice cases.
