The Aid for Violence Risk Triage (AVRT) is a newly released tool designed to help professionals to determine when they have a reason to be concerned about violence towards others, how to prioritize cases, and what immediate actions to implement. The AVRT has been under development for over two decades and is based on extensive research, feedback from experts, and consideration of the law. Successful completion will be recognized with a certificate of completion for each participant.
